Hi Justin,
I feel like we could be getting there... those float messages have gone at least. I did a clean build with CC=/opt/homebrew/bin/gcc-12 CXX=/opt/homebrew/bin/g++-12 FC=/opt/homebrew/bin/gfortran-12 ./install-mac.sh
to install autotools the normal ./install.sh for cmake and PETSc with the full paths to each compiler and version 3.18.0. Before running
cd $ISSM_DIR
autoreconf -ivf
./configure.sh
make -j4 install
I used export
to set the paths for the homebrew compilers. The output from that is attached here:
https://we.tl/t-87RYcu7rB3
It looked more positive... so i copied the matlab binaries from the precompiled lib to lib2 in my issm build. And when opening matlab ran:
>> setenv('ISSM_DIR','/Users/adamhepburn/Applications/issm')
;
addpath(append(getenv('ISSM_DIR'),'/src/m/dev'),append(getenv('ISSM_DIR'),'/lib2'));
devpath
which printed:
ISSM development path correctly loaded
but the command issmversion
still gave Error using issmversion
ISSM not correctly installed. "IssmConfig_matlab" not found
