Hi Li,
Sorry for the late response. The output of Boost looks fine to me. Just to double check, what do you get from ls $ISSM_DIR/externalpackages/boost/install/lib
?
I'm thinking it might be an issue with installing this particular copy of Dakota using Python 3 (note "CMake Error at packages/teuchos/cmake/tribits/modules/FindPythonInterp.cmake"). You might try the following,
- Run
which python2
to get the path to your Python 2 installation (if you do not have it, you can install it via APT with sudo apt-get install python
I believe)
- Open
$ISSM_DIR/externalpackages/dakota/install-6.2-linux.sh
for editing
- Add
alias python="<PATH_TO_PYTHON2>"
, where <PATH_TO_PYTHON2>
is the path you got from the first step
- Run
$ISSM_DIR/externalpackages/dakota/install-6.2-linux.sh
again
If the results of the 'Found PythonInterp' step do not read '2.*', let me know so we can figure out why before proceeding. The goal is to use Python 2 to install Dakota. Note that even if you intend to use Python 3 to install and run ISSM, this will not be affected by what we are doing here.
Please de let me know how that goes and/or if anything I wrote does not make sense.
Best,
Justin
