Hi Justin,
I have followed your suggestions to try the pre-compiled binary file in Linux. Now I'm using Linux 18.04 ubuntu, I can run the issmversion
command and then follow the SquareIceShelf
example, but unfortunately, the same problem persists. When I use the EsaGrace
SlrFarrell
and 'SlrGrace', there are still gmsh error, and also gmt error as well. Specifically, It says: `Error using gmshplanet (line 114)
gmsh not found, make sure it is properly installed
Error in runme (line 15)
md.mesh=gmshplanet('radius',radius,'resolution',resolution);And also:
Error using gmtmask (line 53)
gmt not found, make sure it is properly installed, or add its path to this file (line 44)
Error in runme (line 23)
md.mask.ocean_levelset=gmtmask(md.mesh.lat,md.mesh.long);`
What should I do to solve this problem? I am willing to install Linux just to use the sea-level equation and sea-level fingerprint that you provided. Looking towards your reply
Best,
Abdul
