Reverting install-3.2-linux64.sh to shared=0, because of Matlab bug which does not like
sharing blacs, blas and lapack with petsc!
Now, for python install, we do need shared libraries in Petsc, so created a new file
install-3.2-linux64-python.sh for this particular compile.
