Hello,

A question rearding the setting of the flow equation:

I want to use SSA for the floating ice and SIA for the grounded. I made 2 exp files with the coordinates for the floating and the grounded, but it doesn't work when I do:

md = setflowequation(md,'SIA','grounded.exp','SSA','floating.exp');

Hi Veronika,

it is probably because your exp files do not match perfectly at the boundary. You should use the 'fill' option that prescribe the ice flow model for the rest of the domain:

md = setflowequation(md,'SIA','grounded.exp','fill',SSA');
