Levelset error using AMR

Hello,

I'm trying to use AMR but got this error:
FindConstant error message: Could not find constant "md.levelset.fe"

Any advice on how to fix this? Cheers!

Have you looked at the AMR example? Otherwise, do you have a more extensive error log and/or what you are trying to run?

Yup, I'm using the code from the AMR example on a transient run for a marine terminating glacier. This is really just a test to see how the AMR works with my domain.

It runs for 2 iterations on the first time step and then gives the error message:
[0] ??? Error using ==> ./classes/IoModel.cpp:2762
[0] FindConstant error message: Could not find constant "md.levelset.fe"

Hi @DominoAJones
note that AMR is still very experimental... my recommendation is to stick with a Eulerian mesh and refine where you think the front will move. AMR is not always a good solution (e.g., it requires to interpolate every field from one mesh to the next, which is diffusive, and it is also slow).
As for your problem, is md.levelset.fe set to 'P1' ? As far as I know the example is running properly with AMR... feel free to send me your model by email and I can take a look.
