lcsnlsn Hi, I haven't seen these libraries before, so I would guess they're dependencies of the compiler set you are using? What were the series of external packages you installed in support of ISSM? What does your ISSM config look like? Are you using GNU compilers?
You are on the right track though. If the linker is calling for those libraries, they must have been linked to at some point. If they exist in /usr/lib64
, one thing you can try is export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}:/usr/lib64"
on the command line then run make; make install
again. If that works, you can throw that line in ~/.bashrc
(or the profile for the shell you're using). Of course, you probably want to get to the bottom of why those libraries are being linked to in the first place if it is unexpected.
