Hi folks:
I am running into a model crash when I include 'IceVolumeAboveFloatation'
in my requested_outputs
. This only occurs when md.transient.isgroundingline = 0
. When md.transient.isgroundingline = 1
, the model runs successfully. The model crashes both locally on my laptop, as well as on my remote cluster.
The error I'm getting is this (locally):
[0] ??? Error using ==> ./classes/Elements/Tria.cpp:3918
[0] IceVolumeAboveFloatation error message: Could not find bed
and this (on cluster):
[4] ??? Error using ==> ./classes/Elements/Tria.cpp:3917
[4] IceVolumeAboveFloatation error message: Assertion "bed_input" failed, please report bug to issm@jpl.nasa.gov
The cluster has a slightly updated code base (Revision: 27903) compared to my laptop (Revision: 27543).
Any help appreciated!
Cheers,
Lawrence
