that will be the case, but the friction coefficient won't show as 0 in the output, even though it is not applied under floating ice. The code looks like this:
ElementMatrix* StressbalanceAnalysis::CreateKMatrixSSAFriction(Element* element){/*{{{*/
/*Return if element is inactive*/
if(element->IsAllFloating() || !element->IsIceInElement()) return NULL;
....
so we don't do anything if the element is floating (i.e. even if the friction coefficient is positive, it is just ignored).
