Hi! We do not have a set standard Antarctica simulation. We do have a number of published version of Antartica, however. A few of them are used in:

Different established ISSM Antartica models have been used for different purposes, so another suggestion would be to find the manuscript that is most closely related to your purposes (https://issm.jpl.nasa.gov/publications/ or from the ISMIP6 manuscript noted above), and contact the author directly.
