Unexpecting delection of library(?)

After successive installation with DAKOTA and chaco, it occurs abnormal close of matlab.
After re-starting, I got this error log among runme.m in example of jakobshavn .

What is happend to me?
Now, I am in re-installing but I want to know about this situation.

kimyoungjin06 The only time I have seen this is immediately after a build if I have not sourced the environment script. With ISSM_DIR set,

source $ISSM_DIR/etc/environment.sh

then try running MATLAB again. If this works (it should) you can add the above line to your shell profile (i.e. .bash_profile) so that you don't have to remember to do this each time.

In my fault, there is some mistake. a variable ISSM_DIR is forced to set missing path with new terminal. I think there is some script file to set ISSM_DIR in somewhere. How can I set correct path to ISSM_DIR?

kimyoungjin06 It is likely set in either ~/.bash_profile or ~/.bashrc, depending on your OS and login method.

I already check two files, but I miss and cannot find. but in this time, I can find from ~/.bashrc.
Everything is OK.
