dividing of grounded ice and floating ice

Hello, everyone
I try to newest groundline and ice calving front and rift (.shp file) to generate mesh grid.
But in tuturials, the step of mesh generation is based on dataset "mask" for Antarctica_5km_withshelves_v0.75.nc' or bedmap2. However I want to update the ice shelf gemeotry so that I could get better bounary condaitions.
how to generate the mask of grounded ice ,floationg ice and open sea?
Any one have nice tips?

Hi Alain, the easiest is to manually change the vectors md.mask.ice_levelset and md.mask.groundedice_levelet. You do not have to use setmask, you can use your own exp files and ContourToNodes. Now... keep in mind that rifts together with moving fronts is not supported.
