[issm-support] missing Icefront.[cpp,h] files

Bonjour,

I am an HPC specialist working at New York University (Abu Dhabi campus) and I've been requested to build and deploy ISSM on our cluster.

I've used "svn" to get the latest trunk and followed instructions for building.   However, at the "configure.sh" step I get an error about missing Icefront.cpp.  This file (and its header file) are nowhere to be found in the code trunk retrieved.  Can you please let me know if there' s an FTP server from which I can download the missing files (or a tar ball of the trunk)?
